What has been the cost of this work on you?

The impact of the last (almost) two years on helping professionals – social workers, teachers, health care workers, etc, is undeniable. Perhaps this experience has created the most professional fatigue for you yet. How about sharing some intentional space together while we focus on taking care of you?

This workshop is intended for helping professionals of all kinds to gather together to understand the impact of this work on our nervous systems, how it shows up in everyday life, and learn how to tune into our bodies to nourish our depleted selves.

The content of this workshop is also guided by the framework that we currently live in at the intersectionality of oppression and how our work and sense of self is seen through that lens.

Please join at 6-7 p.m. MST Thursday, Dec. 2.

-Your intersectionality with identities that have historically and currently experience oppression

-Your access to privilege and intergenerational wealth

-Your current employment situation and/or student status

Suggested ticket prices are $5, $10, or $15 based on your personal circumstances.
