Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000 per year

YWCA Bellingham offers a competitive benefits package including medical coverage at a low premium for employees and a retirement match after three months of employment. We offer flexible work schedules that can include partial remote work, and generous paid time off, including 15 vacation days in years 0-3, 12 days of sick leave, and 13 holidays. The CEO is expected to live in the service region of YWCA Bellingham.
