Position Summary: Wings seeks a Clinical Manager of Survivor Services (CMSS) to oversee all aspects of weekly psychoeducational support groups that are facilitated by therapists. Specifically, the position will manage the training of these therapist facilitators, provide on-going guidance for the support group program, and supervise student interns. The CMSS will support Wings’ agency-wide efforts to evolve and expand our services to be culturally and linguistically responsive to all adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and their loved ones.

Salary and Benefits: Salary range is $70,000-80,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package offering: generous PTO accrual and 9 paid holidays; major medical (several options available), dental, vision, and life insurance; voluntary short-term and long-term disability; HSA or FSA program; and 401k program with up to 3% employer match.
